Pregnancy.  Ahhh the joy, the sweet anticipation of that precious one.  The dreams of frolicking in the clover with your little bundle.  Oh such goodness, and, it will all come true if only you can make it through the swollen feet and ankles, the back aches and the task of trying to get up from a seated position at 8 1/2 months!  And those puffy fingers that are causing your rings to beg to be removed.   Oh, and those ugly clothes.

Well you courageous mom’s to be, there is relief.  A massage can and will be just what you need to help you relax and breathe again.  Massage when pregnant is done lying on one side then the other so you are only on your back for a short time.  Lots of pillow are are used to help you be comfortable because, as you know, that,  is often the challenge.

Most women really enjoy massage and cherish the time to give attention to themselves.  It is an important time for mom and for baby too.  Muscles can be tense and tired. A full body massage can help with circulation, too.  Massage can give you a renewed sense of hope for your future with your new family.  It can truly help you see the light at the end of the tunnel.
